OutlawSMP

What it does

OutlawSMP is a 1:1 recreation of the Outlaw SMP series - an outlaw/wild-west themed economy plugin. Players build up a balance, chase bounties for bonus hearts, land hits to charge up one of 13 combat skills, and equip perks across three tiers. Two hireable NPCs - Joe Metri Desh the shopkeeper and Sheriff Woody - anchor the economy and law side of the server.

Features

• Economy - a per-player balance you can check, withdraw, and spend at Joe Metri Desh's shop.
• Bounty system - bounty grants extra hearts (%outlawsmp_extra_hearts%). Anti-farm protection (dupe-fix) blocks repeat +10 bounty gains from killing the same player twice in a row.
• Player Tracker - a compass-like tracking item, given on join, that can't be dropped or stored. Using it on a target costs a configurable tracking fee.
• Skills - 12 tiered skills bought with your economy balance, plus Hypnosis (added separately in v1.2). Charge up by landing hits, then trigger on activation: Mirage, Drain, Swift, Fatigue, Tank, Venom, Inferno, Shockwave, Frostbite, Breach, Lifestealer, Wager, and Hypnosis.
• Perks - 12 perks across three tiers (Toughness, Blacksmith, Discount, Efficiency in Tier 1; Shield Expert, Regenerate, Sharpshooter, Quickdraw in Tier 2; Swordmaster, Momentum, Adrenaline, Counter in Tier 3), two equipped at a time via perk1/perk2.
• Lasso - a Mythic item: left-click to grab and throw a player, right-click to pull them toward you, leaving them stunned. 30s cooldown, unbreakable.
• Bill Collector - a held weapon (8 attack damage, 1.6 attack speed, unbreakable) that taxes 30% of a player's balance when you kill them with it.
• Dragon egg resistance - holding a dragon egg optionally grants Resistance II.

Physical, holdable items with their own tooltips - distinct from the Skills/Perks you charge or equip. Quoted directly from in-game tooltips.

Skills

Skills are grouped into three tiers, purchased with your economy balance via the skill menu. In-game tooltip text quoted directly below; the config.yml key is noted where it differs from the display name.

3	Frostbite	90	40 hits	Freeze the enemy for 3 seconds.
3	Breach	90	50 hits	Deal damage through the enemy's armor.
3	Lifestealer	90	40 hits	Each hit makes you regenerate (10s).
3	Wager	90	40 hits	Chance to gain 1 of 3 random buffs for 10-20s: +1.5 attack damage, Haste IV, or +4 extra hearts.
Mythic	Hypnosis	-	40 hits	Makes the enemy look in random directions (6s). Added in v1.2 as a "Mythic"-tagged skill, outside the Tier 1-3 purchase menu - no currency cost shown on its tooltip.

Perks

Like skills, perks are grouped into three tiers and bought with your economy balance. Two can be equipped at once (perk1/perk2). In-game tooltip text quoted directly below.

3	Swordmaster	50	Sprint/sweep hits deal 25% more damage.
3	Momentum	50	Each hit in a combo increases damage by 10%.
3	Adrenaline	50	Deal 50% more damage at 6 hearts or lower.
3	Counter	50	Skills charge 30% faster.

Installation

1. Purchase and download the .jar from the BuiltByBit resource page.
2. Drop it into your server's /plugins folder and restart. Your license key auto-fills into config.yml on first launch.
3. Grab the included texture pack from the Discord server after purchase.
